A unique tour of the building that you pass by every day, but are unaware of its secret corners and all of its inhabitants. You can walk through the ceremonial foyer, auditorium, stage, property store room, cloakroom, choir hall, the underground and other secret places. Everywhere you will meet the theatre characters who live there. Children and young spectators can participate in a game of identifying theatre heroes and a competition for theatre performances. You can also experience a lesson in singing, fencing, dancing and philosophy given by teachers from the staging of The Bourgeois Gentleman. Two short stories with devilish themes: the Japanese fairy tale Tengu and the Devilstory or the Story of Rock-and-roll. The Reduta Theatre is the oldest theatre building in Central Europe where in 1767 the eleven-year-old Mozart played a concert with his sister Nannerl. You can visit the mystery laden corners of the theatre, hear Mozart’s music and maybe even spot little Nannerl. You will be able to walk on stage where short ballet dance sequences will be projected. Do not forget to bring your cameras!
